Problems needing attention when using liquid level transmitter

1. It is best to choose a regulated power supply to supply power separately. The stability of the power supply affects the performance of the level transmitter ULB6, and it is best to control its error to less than one-fifth of the allowable error of the transmitter. For products with special power supply requirements, a special power supply must be connected.

2. The signal cable of the liquid level transmitter should be a shielded cable to prevent electromagnetic wave interference.

3. Connect the transmitter according to the correct wiring method, and the power-on time should be fifteen to thirty minutes.

4. If the liquid level transmitter is installed in a pool, a water tower, etc., its probe can be immersed in the bottom of the water, away from the position where the water velocity is too fast.

5. It is best to use the method of inserting a steel pipe to install the liquid level transmitter ULB16 used in the occasions with large fluctuations such as submersible pumps. The steel pipe should be fixed firmly, a hole should be opened on the steel pipe at intervals, and the position of the steel pipe should be far away from the water inlet and outlet.

6. The junction box should be firmly fixed, or a fixed bracket should be installed, and it should be placed in a dry, shaded place, and cannot be exposed to rain.

7. Protect the ventilation cable, do not bend or block it, let alone damage it, and excess cables can be coiled nearby.

8. The liquid level transmitter installed outdoors should also take lightning protection measures.
