Important Chips in MEMS Sensors

The most important chips in MEMS sensors are MEMS chips and ASIC chips. The MEMS chip is responsible for sensing signals and converting the measured quantities into changes in signals such as resistance and capacitance; the ASIC chip is responsible for converting signals such as capacitance and resistance into electrical signals, which involves functions such as signal conversion and amplification.
