What are the technical characteristics of the submersible level transmitter?

1. High precision measurement

High-quality sensitive components: imported high-precision diffusion silicon sensitive components, some of the products accuracy level up to 0.1% FS.

Advanced conversion chip: Equipped with high-precision chip, the analog signal of the level sensor is accurately converted into standard electrical signal to ensure the accuracy of measurement.

2. High reliability

High protection degree: usually with IP68 protection degree, multiple high-quality waterproof sealing ring and unique design of pressure-inducing holes, which can realize all-round waterproof, anti-penetration, anti-clogging, anti-fluctuation, and can work stably for a long time under the harsh environment.

Good stability: full degree and zero position long-term stability up to 0.1%FS/year.

Solid structure: no moving parts, high reliability, long service life, reducing measurement errors and maintenance costs due to wear and tear or failure of mechanical parts.

3. Strong compatibility

Wide media compatibility: suitable for a wide range of media, such as liquids and semi-paste compatible with 316 stainless steel, etc. It can be used for liquid level measurement in many industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, water treatment and so on.

Diversified output signals: 4-20mA current signal or RS485 digital signal, etc., convenient to connect with a variety of control systems, data acquisition equipment, to meet the needs of different customers.

4. Convenient installation

Simple structure: the overall structure is relatively simple, no need for complex installation, can be directly put into the measured liquid to use.

A variety of installation methods: there are threaded connections, flange connections and other installation methods to choose from, according to different containers and the use of flexible installation scenarios.

5. Strong anti-interference ability

Optimized circuit design: reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits are adopted, so that the submersible level transmitter will not be damaged by reversing the positive and negative poles during installation, and the transmitter will automatically limit the current within 35mA when abnormal, which effectively prevents damage to the equipment due to improper operation or external interference.

Stable signal transmission: 4-20mA two-wire signal transmission mode, strong anti-interference ability, long transmission distance, can ensure the stable transmission of signals in complex industrial environments.
