Some instructions for use of submersible level transmitter

1. Select the regulated power supply

The stability of the power supply affects the performance of the level transmitter, and the error will be controlled below one-fifth of the allowable error of the transmitter. For products with special power supply requirements, the special power supply is a must.

2. Cables should be shielded

Level transmitter signal line should be taken with shielded cable to prevent electromagnetic wave interference.

3. Correct wiring

Connect the level transmitter  according to the correct wiring method.

4. Installation occasions

If the liquid level transmitter is installed in pools, water towers and other occasions, you can sink its probe under the water, away from the position where the water flow rate is too fast.

For the level transmitter installed in a submersible pump and other large fluctuations occasions, to use the method of inserting steel pipe is needed. Steel pipe needs to be fixed firmly. There are holes in the pipe at interval and the position of the steel pipe should away from the water inlet and outlet.

5. Junction box

The junction box should be fixed firmly, or install a fixed bracket, which needs to be placed in a dry, shaded place, and can not be rained on.

Protection of ventilation cable

Do not bend or block the cable, even damage the cable. The excess cable can be coiled up in the neighborhood.

Outdoor installation
