Flush diaphragm pressure transmitters

Mar 12, 2026

Flush diaphragm pressure transmitters have a flush front end, designed for measuring viscous media.

Sanitary flush diaphragm pressure transmitters are compact, corrosion-resistant, vibration- and shock-resistant, and offer wide-range temperature compensation. Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel, they are particularly suitable for measuring the pressure and level of viscous fluids in the medical and food industries where hygiene is required, solving problems related to scaling, clogging, and hygiene.

Sanitary clamp-type pressure transmitters are specialized products designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The standard 50.5mm flush diaphragm pressure interface allows for quick connection via clamps and sanitary tubing. Sanitary clamp-type pressure transmitters are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, brewing, and fermentation industries.

Mainly categorized as: standard type, high-temperature heat dissipation type, and digital display type. The core component of the sanitary clamp-type pressure transmitter uses a high-precision, high-stability diffused silicon pressure chip, adhering to the sanitary standards of the pharmaceutical and food industries. Through a highly reliable amplification circuit, the pressure of the measured medium is converted into a 4~20mA DC standard signal.

Features of the sanitary pressure transmitter:

1. Stainless steel insulated large corrugated diaphragm isolates the measuring medium from the pressure sensor, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene;

2. Reverse polarity protection and current limiting protection;

3. Anti-radio frequency interference, various output signal formats, zero point and full scale adjustable;

4. Compact size, aesthetically pleasing design, and high cost-effectiveness;

5. High precision, high stability, and high reliability;

6. The pressure transmitter uses SUS316 thread material and can be designed and manufactured according to customer site requirements.
