Advantages and Disadvantages of Submersible Level Transmitters

Advantages:

Disadvantages:

2. Not suitable for viscous liquids: submersible level transmitters are not recommended for measuring highly viscous liquids like oil or molasses. As these liquids tend to stick or cling to the sensor, it may cause measurement errors.

3. Low compatibility with some liquids: Some liquids may not be compatible with the materials used in the construction of submersible level transmitters. For example, levels of highly corrosive liquids may require the use of more expensive materials, like titanium.
