What Factors Need To Be Considered When Select A Pressure Transmitter?

To select a pressure transmitter, you need to consider several factors.

Firstly, determine the measurement range required for the application. Generally, the actual measured range is 3/4 of the selected pressure range.

Secondly, consider the type of pressure being measured, whether it is gauge pressure, absolute pressure, or differential pressure.

Thirdly, check the accuracy requirement of the measurement. The standard accuracy of our pressure transmitter UPB1 is 0.25%FS.

Fourthly, decide on the output signal required, whether it is analog or digital. For analog, it has the options of 4~20mA, 0~5V, 0~10V etc. For digital signals, it has Modbus or Hart.

Fifthly, consider the process conditions, such as the temperature, the type of fluid, and the pressure rating of the pressure transmitter UPB9.

Additionally, you may need to consider the physical size and shape of the pressure transmitter, the electrical connections required, and any certifications or approvals needed for your application.
