Possible causes of unstable output and correction methods

(1) Loop check

Whether the pressure transmitter UPB5 is short-circuited, open-circuited, or grounded at multiple points. Note: Do not use a voltage higher than I00V when checking the circuit.

(2) Output pulsation

Adjust the damping potentiometer.

(3) Pressure pipe

① Check whether there is gas in the liquid pressure pipe;

② Check whether there is any liquid in the gas pressure pipe.

(4) Electrical connection

① Check whether the pressure transmitter UPB7 is short-circuited or open-circuited;

②Ensure that the connectors are clean and reliable, and check the connection of sensitive components;

③ Check whether the pins are connected to the shell.
