What problems should be paid attention to when using a pressure transmitter?

1. The connection parts of the heat pipe and the pressure transmitter UPB13 should be tightly connected, and there should be no air leakage accident, which will cause danger.

2. When used in the industrial field, it should be overhead or protected by metal pipes. For the sealing nut of the cable outlet, do not loosen it to prevent moisture from entering.

3. If the temperature of the measured medium is higher than the operating temperature required by the pressure transmitter, use a pressure pipe or other cooling equipment, and be sure to reduce the temperature to the specified operating range of the pressure transmitter.

4. Before using the pressure transmitter UPB9, if the valve is closed, be very careful when using it, and open the valve slowly to avoid the measured medium directly impacting the diaphragm of the sensor, which will cause the damage of the diaphragm of the sensor.

5. Keep the pipeline unobstructed, if there is sediment in the pipeline, clean it up, otherwise, once the sediment pops out, it will destroy the diaphragm of the sensor.

6. When used in winter, if it is placed outdoors, it is very easy to freeze, and certain antifreeze measures must be taken to prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from freezing, resulting in volume expansion and affecting normal use.

When using the pressure transmitter, be sure to pay attention to the above points, and at the same time, maintain it regularly. When cleaning the pressure hole and interface of the pressure transmitter, pour a small amount of alcohol or trichloroethylene into the pressure hole, shake gently, and repeat the rinse several times.
