Selection of pressure point of pressure transmitter (1)

Before installation of our UPB1 silicon pressure transmitter, you need to select the pressure point. 

You can find below key points of the selection of the pressure point of the pressure transmitter for your reference:
1. When measuring gas pressure, the pressure point should be in the upper half of the process pipeline.
2. When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure point between the lower half of the process pipeline and the horizontal centerline of the process pipeline should be within the range of "0~45".
3. When measuring the steam pressure, the pressure point is taken within the range of 0~45 degrees between the upper and lower half of the process pipeline and the horizontal centerline of the process pipeline.
4. The installation position of the pressure source components should be selected in the pipe section where the process medium flow is stable. .
5. When the pressure source part and the temperature source part are on the same pipeline, the pressure source part should be installed on the upstream side of the temperature source part.
