Installation of Submersible Level Transmitter

Before installation of our ULB16 submersible level transmitter, you need to know below tips.

1. Choose a place that is easy to operate and maintain; it should be installed as far away as possible from vibration sources; it should be installed as far away as possible from heat sources. 

2. For the submersible liquid level transmitter without a junction box, because the outgoing cable contains an air guide hole, the air guide hole cannot be blocked, to eliminate the influence of different atmospheric pressures on test accuracy in different places. 

3. When wiring, pay attention to waterproof measures to prevent liquid from entering the transmitter through the hole and causing damage to the transmitter.

4. The conventional pressure transmitter is installed at the bottom of the water tank. 

5. When the water flows down from the top of the water tank, the pressure below will fluctuate greatly, and the measurement will be unstable at that time. Therefore, the liquid level transmitter should be installed as far as possible in the static measurement liquid.
