Installation of pressure transmitters

1.Consider environmental conditions

The installation location of pressure transmitters should primarily consider the environmental conditions at the installation site, such as temperature, humidity, corrosion, and vibration. Efforts should be made to minimize the effects of vibration and temperature, and the transmitter should be kept away from sources of electromagnetic interference.

2.Secure fix support

When installing the pressure transmitter , ensure it has a securely fixed support. Do not use the sensor housing as a support. The transmitter must not be tilted to avoid generating false data.

3. Select installation direction

For different sensors, determine whether vertical or horizontal installation is required based on specific requirements.

4. Correct cable wiring

Follow the installation manual strictly for cable wiring to ensure correct connections and proper shielding.
