How PT100 Sensor Works

Temperature is of key industrial process parameters, and temperature measurement accounts for more than 30% of the total measurement points.

Foundamentals of temperature measurement is RTD, resistance temperature detector.  

The working principle of Pt100 is as follows: At zero centigrade degrees, the resistance of Pt100 is 100 ohms, and its resistance will increase at an approximately uniform speed as the temperature rises.
