Core Performance: Dual Guarantee of Accuracy and Stability
The standard 2088 pressure transmitter utilizes imported diffused silicon or ceramic pressure sensors, combined with laser-trimmed resistance and temperature compensation technology, significantly improving measurement accuracy. Typical accuracy levels range from 0.2% to 0.5%, and temperature drift error is controlled to within ±0.2% URL/10°C over a wide temperature range of -30°C to 85°C, ensuring long-term stability.
Structural Design: A "Protective Shield" for Harsh Operating Conditions
The product utilizes a dual-chamber housing design, isolating the electronic circuitry from the process environment and forming a three-level sealing protection system:
Primary Seal: The 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm directly contacts the media, offering strong corrosion resistance and compatibility with water, oil, steam, and most other liquids.
Secondary Seal: A silicone oil fill transmits pressure to the sensor, preventing direct stress damage to the diaphragm.
Third Seal: The independent wiring compartment is isolated from the conduit entry, preventing condensation and impurities, achieving an IP65 rating.
The die-cast aluminum alloy housing is epoxy-sprayed for impact and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments. A variety of process connection (such as M20×1.5 and 1/2NPT threads) support direct mounting on pipes, tanks, or equipment surfaces.
Expanded Functionality: A Combination of Intelligence and Flexibility
The Ordinary 2088 pressure transmitter transcends the limitations of traditional analog instruments, integrating multiple intelligent features:
Digital Calibration: Supports on-site zero and span adjustment;
Multi-Protocol Output: Standard 4-20mA two-wire current output, compatible with HART and RS485 communication protocols, seamlessly integrates with PLC and DCS systems;
Display Options: LED and LCD screens available;
Overload Protection: Provides 200%FS overpressure.
Application Scenario: A versatile tool covering all industrial fields
From micro-negative pressures of -100kPa to ultra-high pressures of 100MPa, the Ordinary 2088 pressure transmitter meets most industrial measurement needs. Typical applications include:
Petrochemical: pressure monitoring, pipeline leak detection;
Water conservancy and hydropower: reservoir water level calculation;
Metallurgy: blast furnace air pressure control, rolling mill hydraulic system monitoring;
Environmental protection: sewage treatment plant aeration tank pressure regulation.
